I performed comprehensive furnace maintenance on a Carrier 58TP high-efficiency gas furnace. Cleaned the burners and flame sensor using a wire brush and emery cloth. Inspected the heat exchanger for cracks using a borescope. Replaced the worn draft inducer motor with a factory OEM part. Checked gas pressure and adjusted to manufacturer specifications. Conducted a combustion analysis to ensure optimal efficiency. Replaced the air filter with a MERV 11 pleated filter and calibrated the thermostat. All operations were verified for safe and efficient performance.
Serving long time customers, finishing a comprehensive duct sealing project using the Aeroseal process. Blocked all registers and grilles, pressurized the duct system, and introduced aerosolized sealant particles. The computer-guided process sealed leaks up to 5/8 inch in size, resulting in a 92% reduction in duct leakage and improved overall HVAC system efficiency.
Performed a comprehensive heater service, ensuring optimal operation for the upcoming colder months.
